Chelsea Set to Sign Samu Omorodion on Seven-Year Contract
Chelsea is set to sign promising Spanish striker Samu Omorodion on a seven-year contract, valid until June 2031. The deal, which includes personal terms and a £35 million fee to Atlético Madrid, was first reported by Fabrizio Romano. The transfer will proceed once Atlético Madrid finalizes Julián Álvarez's acquisition from Manchester City. Atlético has proposed a five-year contract to Álvarez, including full image rights, and Manchester City has accepted a €75 million plus €20 million add-ons offer. Personal terms for Álvarez are still being negotiated.
