In an official interview for Chelsea, Bompastor shared her enthusiasm: "I feel really excited to start this journey with the club. Chelsea is a strong club, one of the best in Europe, and I can't wait to get started on the pitch with the players."

She emphasized the importance of maintaining Chelsea's winning mentality and her ambition to lead the club to further success: "We need to work more to achieve our goals, and I'm here to ensure we continue being successful in the league and cups and to win the Champions League."

Bompastor also spoke about her approach to managing a diverse squad: "I'm used to working with international players from different cultures and mentalities. My goal is to help them feel comfortable on the field, understand my game model, and enjoy playing while scoring lots of goals."
